Christmas Letter & Family Photos

December 2009

Dear Family & Friends,

Is it time for a new year already? Where has the time gone? I don’t know why the older I get, the faster time goes.

Alex finished up with Dish Network this year. Following in his Mother’s footsteps, he is working as a mortgage broker with Primerica. He says he’s going to make a whole lot of pingers (money). Alex is now the President of the Sunday School in our church. He is enjoying the free time right now at home with our kids and helps me out a lot.

We had a little girl in August this year we named Shayna. I keep myself busy with taking care of Taylor and Shayna and the housework. I love to shop and find the best deals which save us so much money. For a few months while I was pregnant I worked at CKR Engineers part-time. It was fun to get out and work again a little, but I do love to be at home with my kids. I still do my work for the Homeowners Association as the President. I handle all the finances. I am also the Young Women’s Secretary in my church and it keeps me busy with all the activities and teaching once in a while.

Taylor is a two and a half now and enjoying being a big boy and getting into everything he can. His dad calls it exploring and learning. He is such a joy and we love being parents so much. He loves being a big brother and is always so gentle with Shayna. Taylor likes to go to the park and loves trucks. He is talking a lot more and it is fun because he has conversations where we only catch a few “real” words. Taylor is also learning Russian which he enjoys mixing with is English. He got into the baby powder the other day and lightly dusted his whole room with it. Joys of parenthood, we had to laugh.

Shayna is a little doll. She is always so happy and smiling and hardly makes a fuss. She is just a joy of a baby. She loves her big brother, always smiling at him. She is rolling over already and has always been strong and determined. We love having our little boy and girl!

We hope all of you are enjoying the holiday season. We have been blessed this year and as always, your friendship and love mean a lot to us. Have a happy and safe year in 2010.

Love,

Alex, Sherry, Taylor & Shayna Brunt
